For a number of months now, we have been working on a new joint venture with Gordano School, one of the top leading edge secondary schools in the country. The result will be the launch of the Gordano Management Development Centre in January 2009. We will be offering Management Development to managers from not only the automotive sector but also commercial, manufacturing and retail companies. Our focus will be small and medium enterprises. We anticipate that the learning will be enhanced by this level of diversity. Bespoke courses and venues can still be booked, as before, for Company or franchise specific requirements for 6 delegates or more.

The profile is completed by making choices from 28 sets of questions, your profile is then interpreted to give you an insight into your goals, how you judge others, preferred communication style, how you influence others, what value you can add to an organisation, possible overuses, how you will behave under pressure, possible fears, how your effectiveness can be increased.
