Caroline Blake-Symes FIMI, our Principal Consultant, started the Company in 1998. She has over 28 years experience in the Automotive Industry, having worked within all sales and aftersales areas, including roles at Directorship levels for prestige and volume franchises.

All clients’ needs are discussed with Caroline from the outset, and a clear plan of action will then be agreed against clearly defined parameters and budgets. All Consultants working for CBS Automotive Solutions have extensive specialist knowledge and experience, offering real support to help our clients achieve their objectives.
